L.G.M.P.

This is a new series that I think I will be doing often.
It is titled "Lord Give Me Patience", or, L.G.M.P.

It is fitting that I kick this new series off after the day that I had....

L.G.M.P......when my son wakes up and whines all morning long.
L.G.M.P......when my son whines even harder when I change all of his diapers.
L.G.M.P......when my son whines at Barnes & Noble after thinking going to play with the train set they have might make him stop.
L.G.M.P......when I am excited to put him down for a nap, only to have it take an hour and a half for him to fall asleep.
L.G.M.P......when I take him to the plaza because it's 48 degrees out and I think the fresh air will do him good, and anytime I stop the stroller, the whining begins. Instantly.
L.G.M.P......when he whines the entire time I load him back up in the car.
L.G.M.P......when I go to fold the stroller and I realize there is dog crap on the tire, and I have to spray hand sanitizer on the wheels and use starbucks napkins to try to get the poop off, and i am nauseous as it is, and this is only sending me over the edge even more.
L.G.M.P......when I come home and it's time for my son's 5:00 happy hour (cheese and crackers),and the only whine she gets to partake in, is his.

Seriously-this was my day. Thank God it isn't always like this, or else I might have to check myself in somewhere. And thank you God for the 10 minutes where I had Add cracking up, all because I said "avocado" in a voice that sounded like E.T.

I needed that on the airplane when Julian was hitting me, arching his back, and fighting to get out of his seat. I wanted to break through to the mini bar in the back of the plane. i will have 2 glasses of wine for you tonight :)

Girl, I feel you. I was STIR CRAZY after all the damn snow, and took the babies to the grocery store for the first time EVER all by myself. Let me remind you they are 21 months. EVER. Not fun. Scarlett started screaming her head off as soon as I put her in the stroller, but but then I was committed to it. She was okay once we started walking, but then had a sh!t fit as we were paying, in the checkout line with the SLOWEST checker in all the land. There is a reason we rarely take them all three out. Ugh.

Just thinking about it now makes me want to drink.

A bit of rum quiets them down rather quickly. I hear anyway.
How did I miss out on this plaza outing?
