It's no secret that I am a huge fan of Smitten Kitchen. Her recipes are always DELISH, and pretty easy to master. She's also great with the camera.
The latest recipe of hers that I attempted was her lemon-yogurt-anything cake. The recipe was adapted from my bff the Barefoot Contessa, and it can be made many different ways.
I followed her recipe almost to the t for the lemon-blueberry version. The only exception was I didn't have mini-blueberries. Some pieces were perfect, while others were bottom heavy with berries. Either way, it tasted amazing. We put the leftovers in the fridge and ate a piece cold the next day. I LOVED it cold. A little too much, as I thought about consuming the rest of the cake the entire day.
