I think I make
this salmon once a week. However, I use fillets. I'm a rebel. Oh, and I use a TON
of dijon.
I could eat these brussel sprouts all day long. Follow my
bff's recipe, but add toasted
pecans, and soaked dried cherries. And use REALLY good sea salt.
Carrots with ginger garlic butter. Need I say more??
Just steam your carrots, and top with garlic and ginger that has been sauteed in a bit of butter.
I also made a banana sticky rice cake, but I wasn't crazy about it. So I ate more brussel sprouts.
