Our dear friend Jeff came over for a belated birthday dinner last night. We consider him part of our family, and always have great conversation.
The conversation came to a hault however, when dessert was served.
I made good 'ol Martha's Double Chocolate sea salt brownies. Good grief, these things are gooood. Not only did I put fleur de sel in the batter, I couldn't resist sprinkling some more on the top just before putting these babies in the oven. I'm glad I did.
We had them with vanilla bean ice cream, and topped it off with a homemade caramel sauce that the mister whipped up.
Try it, you'll like it.

Oh my hells bells. You are not helping my resolve to stop eating so much sugary goodness. Those sound like they were crafted by the debbil himself. Gimme.

Hi Gigi,
I had talked to you at one point about wedding makeup and was curious what you would charge to do me and my bridal party. I also need to find someone for hair if you know someone who would be affordable and do a good job. I have 5 bridesmaids and myself. Let me know.
Thanks!!!
Jenni
mission accomplished. Smitten's oatmeal raisin cookies are in the oven but as soon as they're gone, these babies are next. I am well on my way to diabetes and 400 pounds. Complete animal I tell ya.
