Mark Bittman came over the other night and made his Cod Cakes with ginger and cilantro.
Actually, I made them-and the mister did the dishes. Definitely the next best thing.
They were pretty good--highly recommend squeezing a ton of lime over them.
We had them with brown rice, and ginger garlic carrots.
Then I overdosed on ice cream.
